Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Orivani! Every piece is handmade in Morocco and is one of a kind — once it's sold, that exact piece will never be repeated. This policy explains how we process, package, and ship your order.
1. Processing Time
Because our products are handmade, please allow [2–5] business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During peak periods (holidays, sales, custom orders) processing may take up to [7–10] business days. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding local public holidays in our production location.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship to Italy, the European Union, and internationally worldwide.
We work with a mix of couriers depending on destination and package size, which may include Poste Italiane, BRT, GLS, DHL, or similar partners. The carrier used for your order will be shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Rates below are standard flat rates based on typical Italian carrier pricing (Poste Italiane, BRT, GLS) for small, lightweight handmade pieces. Final cost may vary slightly by package weight/size and is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and begin after the processing time above — they are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at support@orivani.store and we'll investigate with the courier.
- Damaged items: As handmade goods, please inspect your item upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours] with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, extreme weather, or courier-side issues, but we will always do our best to help resolve any problems.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order ships.
8. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time beyond standard processing. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
9. One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Each Orivani piece is handcrafted individually and is unique — no two pieces are exactly alike, and none will ever be repeated. Small variations in color, texture, or shape are natural characteristics of handmade work, not defects. Once a piece sells, it will not be restocked or recreated.
